Hello everyone! We are very excited to invite you to our April event at Farm & Oak in the Innsbrook area.  Farm & Oak is one of the new restaurants opened by local favorites Mike Lindsey & Kimberly Love-Lindsey of the Lindsey Food Group. You may be familiar with one of their other restaurants — Lillie Pearl, Buttermilk & Honey, and ML Steak.  ALL get rave reviews! Women’s Wine Society has enjoyed excellent events at some of Lindseys’ former venues, so we’ve had Lillie Pearl on our wish list for a while now.  Unfortunately, space & cost constraints were a bit of a hurdle. We’re happy to report that space is not an issue at new sister restaurant Farm & Oak. Plus, the two restaurants share some common menu items, including the very popular short rib eggrolls. Can you see why we’re excited?!

To add extra fun for the night, WWS’s own wine director, Kat Aldrich, will walk us through a facilitated blind wine tasting featuring 4 wines from different areas.  This is a rare opportunity that you don’t want to miss!

Our menu for the evening will be small plates (heavy appetizers) and dessert including:

Short Rib Eggrolls

Fried Pimento Cheese

Roasted Cauliflower Wings

 Peach Cobbler Bread Pudding

Venue Notes:   Doors open at 6:00 PM and we’ll enjoy a sparkling wine while we socialize with other guests and catch up with each other.  Opening remarks and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30.  Parking is readily available in the parking lot for the Shoppes at Twin Oaks.
