Wild Ginger features a blend of Asian cuisines, so the evening’s focus will be on the art of blending — as it relates to both the food and wine. All wines featured will be blends, and we will learn about the different methods of making a blended wine.
Reception begins at 6:00 pm with a glass of bubbly (Chateau de Berne Romance Rose – Mediterranee, France) while catching up with friends and other guests. The meeting/dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. We hope to see you there!
Venue Notes: Space is limited! We will limit registration to members only for the first 2 weeks and then open registration to guests if space is still available. Parking lot is available for general parking.
