Hello everyone!  We are happy to invite you to our March event at Echelon Wine Bar in Shockoe Slip.

Echelon is a rustic modern wine bar located in Shockoe Slip on East Cary Street in Richmond less than a mile from the Virginia State Capital. A casual elegant atmosphere founded by the owners of Lost Creek Winery in Northern Virginia offering over 150 wines by the bottle and over 30 wines by the glass featuring Lost Creek, Virginia, Domestic and International wines from around the world. These wines are paired perfectly with their scratch-kitchen small plates with international culinary flare.

Pairing with Remhoogte ‘Honeybunch’ Chenin Blanc (South Africa)

3rd Course

Grilled Pork Belly with Shiso, Pickled Carrot, Jalapeno, Sticky Rice, Sesame

Pairing with Henschke ‘Henry’s Seven’ Barossa Valley (Australia)

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Pots de Creme with Carmelized White Chocolate, Chantilly Cream

Pairing with Miles Dry Madeira (Tinta Negra from Portuguese Island of Madeira)

Venue Notes:   Doors open at 6:00 PM and you’ll have a chance to socialize with other guests and catch up with each other.  Opening remarks and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30.  Pay Parking (Street/Parking Garage) is available in the vicinity of the restaurant. Carpooling is encouraged!  Our group will be seated in the upstairs private dining area. There is an elevator available for use.
