With the holidays just around the corner, the relaxed atmosphere at Richmond Wine Station offers the perfect vibe for our November event, which we try to keep a little shorter, lighter and more casual.  Richmond Wine Station offers eighty wines on tap and eight beers on draft with an innovative self-serve pouring system where guests can try a 1oz taste, 3oz, or 6oz pour from their expansive wine selection. WWS will have exclusive use of the facility and your registration will include a pre-loaded $10, $20 or $30 wine card (your choice!) to immediately start sampling any of their wines that suit your fancy!  (Click here to learn more about Richmond Wine Station)

This is a fairly unstructured event.  Doors will open at 6:00 pm and we’ll start you off with a refreshing glass of bubbly as you arrive. You will also be given your preloaded wine card. 

Demonstrations will be available for using the self-serve wine stations and then you’re free to sample any of the wines they have on tap.

Light snacks (cheese/charcuterie) will be provided and WWS Wine Director Kat Aldrich will be on-hand to provide some wine education and offer wine suggestions for the upcoming holidays.  Whether you’re hosting a Thanksgiving or Christmas party and need wine for your guests or would like some holiday-worthy hostess gifts, Kat will help!

Event will end no later than 8:00 pm.  Take advantage of this shorter event and make plans to meet your wine friends after the event for a nice dinner to celebrate Friendsgiving and let someone else do the cooking! 

Parking Notes: When the small lot in front of the store is full, there are almost 150 parking spaces within 70 yards of their front door. Past the tire shop is a closed bank with 35 places. There is also parking in the alley off of Altamont and on that street.
