Join us as we venture into a Vietnamese-Style Smokehouse inspired evening at Aprons Cooking School where you can watch your dinner being prepared in an open kitchen and interact with the talented chefs who aim to educate and inspire.  We will enjoy classic Vietnamese flavors infused with Cajun ingredients and smokehouse cooking techniques. Your tastebuds will love it!!

Doors will open at 6:00 pm and you can enjoy a glass of bubbly while mingling with other guests.  The meeting/dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.

Venue Notes:  Parking is available in the Nuckols Place parking lot. Aprons Cooking School is located inside the Publix market.   

First course-

Cajun Crawfish and Nem Ran Eggrolls paired with Prosecco

Second course-

Carolina Pulled Pork Banh Mi with Cilantro Slaw and Pickled Veggies paired with Pinot Noir

Third Course-

Dry-Rubbed BBQ Brisket Pho paired with Sauvignon Blanc

Dessert –

Coconut Flan with Caramel paired with Rose
