We are excited to explore unique grape varietals at what promises to be a unique venue with a very catchy name!  The Shaved Duck is a family owned and operated restaurant focusing on fresh and local produce, meat and seafood.  Karyn White from Republic National Distributing will be our wine educator and maybe we’ll even get the owner to tell us more about the origin of their restaurant’s name!

Reception begins at 6:00 pm  where you can enjoy a Simonet Brut from France while catching up with friends and other guests.  The meeting/dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
